Staffing and scheduling is poorly done and the days we need the most people power are ones we seem to have the least. I was never fully trained and ended up having to just figure things out on my own, this causes a headache for both fellow employees and customers alike. Thr training is poor, the pay is abysmal, and the company is overbearing and controlling. After starting as a part time sales associate making the lowest amount of money I ever had to moving up to a senior sales manager within a month and still making less than my local fast food establishments. My initial thought while working for Range USA was, it will be a fun and exciting place to work! That was absolutely not the case. ![]()
